TULSA, OK – For the second year in a row, 10-year-old Garrett Jacobs has ruined his family’s summer vacation.

Jacobs’ parents, Jimmy and Tina, took the entire family to Galveston, with plans to visit the Schlitterbahn! Waterpark.

During the drive to Galveston, Texas, Garrett started a fight with his brother Jimmy Jr that resulted in Garrett being grounded and Jimmy Jr with a bruise on his arm and severely hurt feelings.

After the getting in trouble for the fight with his brother, Garrett began arguing, crying, lying on the ground, screaming, and telling his parents that they are “stupid” and “not fair.”

“My parents always yell at me for nuthin’! I didn’t even do anything! Jr started it! I didn’t do nuthin!” screamed Garrett Jacobs. “I was sitting there playing on my PSP when Jr. started trying to touch me I told him to stop, but he doesn’t have a PSP, he only has a 3DS, so he just kept doing it so I told him to stop and he didn’t and then I told him to stop again and he still didn’t to I pinched him on his arm and he started crying. It was all his fault.”

According to Garrett’s parents, the family was unable to go to the waterpark with Garrett acting as he was.

“We can’t very well be wanderin’ around Schlitterbahn with a kid that is kicking and screaming. Everyone would look at us!” said Tina Jacobs. “And we can’t reward (Garrett) for acting out like that so that’s another reason we couldn’t go to Schlitterbahn. So we just stayed at the hotel and watched that show with the people that have the duck callin’ company. I mean normally that would still be a pretty good vacation but it doesn’t beat Schlitterbahn! Have you seen that place? Holy Baby Jesus does that look like it’s would be fun! I wish we could have gone, but we have a little shit for a son.”

Despite pleas from his siblings, Garrett refused to apologize and instead sat in the corner with his arms crossed making exaggerated sighs and occasional kicks to the wall.

“We told (Garrett) to shut up because we all wanted to go to Shitterbox but he wouldn’t shut up and we were screaming at him to shut up and then he got more mad and then he started crying again and then Jr told him that he hated him and that he wished mom and dad would have left him in Tulsa but mom said she didn’t want to talk about it anymore and dad just drank beer,” said Garrett’s sister Tammy Jacobs. “I think I will just tell my parents that I’m going to go fill up the ice bucket and then go to the Slitterbane myself. I can hitchhike. I’m nine, no one will mess with me.”

Last year, during a vacation to St Louis, Garrett spent much of the vacation arguing, crying, lying on the ground, screaming, and telling his parents that they are “stupid” and “not fair.”

“Last year when we went to St. Louis he threw a temper tantrum because we wouldn’t let him bring his Playstation,” said Tina. “He screamed and threw a tantrum the entire way and when we got to the hotel he told the people behind the desk that we were bad parents and that we touch him on his wiener. Then when we yelled at him he fell to the floor and made a big scene in the hotel lobby. I was so embarrassed.”

Jimmy and Tina Jacobs have struggled with disciplining Garrett.

“He does this shit all the time,” said Jimmy Jacobs. “If I had my way I’d beat the livin’ tar out of him but nooooo! I can’t do that ‘cus then the nosey neighbors call the cops and then I get in trouble again. I don’t know what kinda world this is where a man can’t teach his kid a lesson. If’n I’d acted like (Garrett’s) been acting when I was his age my dad woulda made me black and blue all over. God I miss them days. What I wouldn’t give to just punch one of my kids in the face – like the old days. Just once… just once. Right in their God damned smug little face. Pow! I guaren-fuckin-tee you that shit would stop right there. I need another beer. You want one?”

Garrett’s brothers and sisters are currently not on speaking terms with the 10-year-old but did voice their frustrations with The Scoop News.

“Garrett is a jerk,” said Jimmy Jr. Jacobs. “Tonight, while he’s sleepin’ I’m gonna pour acid on his stupid face. Then I’m going to sneak out and ride my bike to Skittlebarn.”
